Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused credits in your Slackify account. Once a credit has been used for thread summarization, it becomes non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Credits must be unused
• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Account must be in good standing

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team at support@slackify.xyz
2. Provide your account email and purchase information
3. Specify the number of unused credits for refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Used credits
• Credits older than 30 days
• Credits from promotional or free offers
